Inclement Weather Policy

 

Level 3 Emergencies

Facility closes and all events are cancelled if there is a Level 3 Snow Emergency in Wood county.

 

Church activities, classes and volunteers:

Decisions on Sunday morning worship and weekday, daytime (9-3) events will be made by the appropriate staff person by 7:30 am. 

Will re-evaluate again at 3:00 p.m. regarding evening activities.

 

Communication:

Weather related changes will be communicated through Grace Church’s social media, email, digital church sign, web page and local news outlets. 

 

 

Grace Church Preschool Weather Policy

 

Delays and Cancellations

If Perrysburg Schools are delayed because of poor weather conditions:

-Preschool will be in session (no delay)

If Perrysburg Schools are closed because of poor weather conditions:

-Preschool will also close.

 

Communication:

Cancellations and/or delays are announced on WSPD Radio 1370 and TV channels 24 NBC, 13 ABC, and 11 CBS. Please do not call the church office for cancellation information.

 

*The preschool director does reserve the right to cancel preschool classes regardless of Perrysburg Schools schedule, should extenuating circumstances arise.
