Four-Year-Olds

Session choices:

• Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday  - 9:00-11:30 a.m.

• Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday  - 12:30-3:00 p.m.

 

Tuition: $200/month or $1800/year

Registration fee: $125 (non-refundable) 

Checks made out to GRACE PRESCHOOL.

According to state law, our preschool is required to have on file the following forms (click each link to download the PDF): 

• Child's Medical Statement (completed by the child's doctor) 

• Child Information Form (completed by parent)

• Child Enrollment Form (completed by parent)

• Parent Verification Statement (completed by parent)

       Children must be potty trained.
