Grace Church Children's Ministry attracts and welcomes families with children so they can experience and celebrate God's grace, begin a personal relationship with Jesus and practice loving God and others.
| We provide paid, trained staff supervision in each of our childcare rooms (infant and toddler) assisted by parents and other members of our church family who serve on a rotational basis. Childcare is provided during worship and class times (see schedule below) on Sunday mornings. In addition, childcare is provided for special events, study groups and service projects in order to enable the participation of parents. |

Childcare for infants and toddlers is offered from 8:20 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
- "Cuddle Land" (Room B9) where babies experience loving care!
- "Noah's Adventureland" (Room B3) where toddlers experience loving community!
Summer Classes for 3 yrs-5th Grade at 9:40 a.m.
Class for 3 year olds at 10:45 a.m.
A paid childcare staff person and volunteer will provide a bible themed centers environment for the 3 year olds and 4 year olds who have not been to preschool (Room B8)
Kids' Own Worship at 10:45 a.m.
Children are welcome in the Contemporary Worship Service held in the Family Life Center. A "Kiddy Breakdown" with Pastor Dennis or Pastor Kerry occurs near the beginning of the service. All children are invited to join the pastor on the platform for a special time just for them.
Following Kiddy Breakdown, children four years old through fourth grade are led from the service for Kid's Own Worship for the remainder of the hour. K.O.W. features a variety of fun and active worship experiences. All of the children start out together with a visit from our Golden Retriever puppet, Theo, who presents the message of the day, followed up with a worship song. The four and five year old then are led to room D1 where they enjoy a snack and bible themed hands on centers. Six year olds through grade four children participate in their own special worship, then choose from theme-based hands-on centers.
Kids: Are You Ready to be "W.O.W.'d" on Wednesday Nights?
Our Wednesday night kid's program starts on September 15. Wear athletic shoes, bring a friend and be ready for an active, fun, and Spirit-filled evening! Worship On Wednesdays (W.O.W.) is a chance for kids to meet in small groups, be mentored by a caring adult, play games and have fun learning about how to live with and for Jesus.
Everyone will eat with family and friends from 5:30 - 6:00. Special games and activities will be planned for our first two weeks of W.O.W. with the help of some high school and college students. By the end of September we will be into our regular W.O.W. routine:
4 year olds through Grade 1:
Room D1 from 6:00 - 6:30
FLC from 6:30- 7:00
Room D1 from 7:00 - 7:30
Grade 2 through Grade 5:
FLC from 6:00 - 6:30 for large group active games
Grade 2 and 3:
Room D3 from 6:30 - 7:30 for games, cooking, puppet shows, crafts and lots of other fun stuff!
Grade 4 and 5 Girls:
Room D4 from 6:30 - 7:30 We will be doing a devotion each week. If you attended High Seas V.B.S. please bring your devotional. Back by popular demand will be our "Guest Artist Program". We will continue doing our card ministry and making our "Girls of Grace" cards to be used in the churches card ministry. Some different types of "Guest Artists" will visit this year too!
Grade 4 and 5 Boys:
Room C4 from 6:30 - 7:30 Games, cooking crazy snacks, and a weekly devotion will be some of the fun included in your small group. If you were in the Barn for VBS this past summer please bring your devotional on Wednesday night.
